Lizza Padua was always smiling and she made me feel calm and welcomed. Lizza particularly helped me feel comfortable when I was experiencing pain. She was so respectful and communicated very well with me. When Lizza was around, she gave me hope, peace, and encouraged me that everything was going to be alright.
In this time of COVID-19, when family and friends were not allowed to come to the hospital and visit, Lizza provided me with friendship. She listened to me. She is genuinely a kind person and, in my opinion, if there were more nurses like her in this world, it would be a lot brighter. Thank you Lizza, much appreciated.
