I would like to nominate Lizzett for the DAISY Award for her incredible supportive attitude and tireless dedication to ensure I felt at ease during a very precarious time in my life. Her nursing skills, knowledge, and professionalism made me feel I would be ok no matter what. Her calming attitude and willingness to overextend herself greatly relieved my anxiety. The best example is seeing her interact with my scared daughter after her long day should have ended. With her sensitivity she was able to establish a connection and I could smile and be grateful for her going so above and beyond.

She has truly made a difference in my life by providing me strength, knowledge above and beyond care while making me feel I was her only patient. Thank you Lizzett! I enter a new phase in my life with a better attitude and so many real life skills not just for my health but for my focus on life!
