Llerh is compassionate, empathetic, and truly cares about her patients. She was my nurse for two of the days I was there. If I said I was in pain, wanted coffee, or even ice water, it was gotten immediately. She let me know she had Mondays and Tuesdays off and would see me on Wednesday (if I was still in the hospital). Every day, I thought I was going home. On Thursday, when she saw I was still there she stopped in and told me she was bringing dinner. She followed through and brought me an amazing chicken dinner (at her own expense). I was finally released on Friday. I had to come back and pick up my at-home medications. She was at the desk when she turned and saw me, and she gave me a big hug. She made me feel cared about and seen. Kaiser needs more nurses like her.
