During my difficult time in the ICU, Loales would always explain everything to me to make sure I knew everything that was going on with my health. She was so compassionate during the whole time I was there especially during the times she saw the uncertainty in my eyes. She demonstrated such wonderful nursing excellence that I had never encountered before. Loales even held my hand during a procedure that showed her empathy for the circumstances especially since I couldn't have any loved ones with me. She definitely changed my life and made me feel so special during this difficult time and I will always be grateful to her for the wonderful heart she has and the extraordinary nurse she is.
