I was so touched to see Loan caring for my baby loving her as if she were her own. It warmed my heart and gave me that confidence and reassurance that my baby girl would be in LOVING HANDS!
I am a first-time NICU mommy. My older son is five and I have never had to go
through a scary, heartbreaking, and depressing experience such as this one. Loan, (a heaven-sent angel!) has made me feel more comfortable with being able to leave my newborn (well brand-brand new baby!) in a whole different place. It was so scary and emotionally draining thinking about leaving her somewhere with strangers. Thank the Lord for sending me Loan. She reassured me every step of the way. She even made my baby girl a cute beanie. I was so touched to see Loan caring for my baby loving her as if she were her own. It warmed my heart and gave me that confidence and reassurance that my baby girl would be in LOVING HANDS! She even sent me so many cute messages on the NICVIEW site for me, my husband, and even my son – Saying “Hi Big Brother!” That was the sweetest thing I have seen any nurse do. We have been here for 5 days and we have 9 more to go. Loan gives me some comfort. She even sent sweet messages for me and my son at home. This nurse needs this recognition!
