Lodine has been an employee at MHSC for 30 years and has been a preceptor for many new nurses over the years. She is extraordinary as a nurse and is always reliable, competent, consistent and very pleasant to work with. She continually exemplifies the highest quality of nursing. Her skills are amazing and she truly cares about each and every patient she cares for. Her favorite saying is "we will work it out". She has a calm and compassionate demeanor with her fellow healthcare team and patients. Many patients and patient family members have arrived for surgery and expressed happiness and relief that she is there and many of them consider themselves "her patients". She is what the DAISY Award represents. Lodine makes a difference in people's lives!
