Logan is always eager to teach and answer questions. She is brave and does the most for her patients and their families. She stayed 3 hours past her 12-hour shift to code a micro preemie because she knew she could handle it emotionally and wanted to teach newer nurses the do’s and don’ts of coding a baby. She held herself high and professionally and when she left that day she cried for the life that was lost but she knew she did all she could for that baby and gave the parents peace in their passing. I look up to Logan as a leader and mother. More nurses need to be like her.
