Loida was awesome. She was super sweet and her kindness and helpfulness stood out. She took the time to locate a few things that had been lost 3 days prior. For 3 days I had multiple nurses and even the nurse manager (above the charge nurse) tell me that my prescriptions had been given back to me already and that I must have misplaced them myself. Although I am very forgetful, I know it was impossible because I searched and searched. Loida took the time to go down to the pharmacy herself to look and check since calling wasn’t working. It took a half hour of looking through the pharmacy and she found them! She went above and beyond and saved me time and frustration! Thank you so much for going the extra mile and listening to me!
