From the moment that we entered the PACU room until the moment that my daughter was discharged, Loida was a shining example of a phenomenal nurse. At the onset and continually during her stay, she discussed the plan of any goals, pain management, post discharge care and education on every aspect of care while in the PACU. No matter what obstacles we encountered, Loida had a solution.
Loida handled all situations with a smile, patience, kindness, compassion, and self-control. She made my daughter feel special and valued. She demonstrated how much she cared about her safety and a successful recovery. She did not allow anyone to prevent her from doing what was best for her and doing it in a timely manner.
Loida is very skillful and has vast knowledge about post-op care and demonstrates this effectively. I am an RN and felt comfortable allowing her to care for my daughter in a professional manner and without interference. What an outstanding asset she is to your facility.
