My dad had a triple bypass. While he was recovering and trying to wake up from anesthesia, Lois played music and it was very calming. After he was extubated, my dad said “you are a very special nurse. Thank you for playing The Gaither’s. It was soothing to my soul.” She was a nurturing spirit and was very informative and personable. Thank you for playing Gaither music for my dad! On the second day, she played Pandora hymns and worship music on her phone and left it playing while he rested with the BiPAP machine.
