Mrs. Lois always makes sure her patients are well taken of. She had a family member, who was unable to leave her husband's side due to the fact they came from the airport. Lois made sure the wife was able to take a bath and eat each meal until discharge. Once the patient was discharged, Lois called to make sure the flight home was correct and called a taxi for transfer to airport.
