Lois Mignogna, RN

My daughter M had wisdom teeth surgery recently. All of the staff were wonderful but Lois the RN assigned to M was phenomenal. My daughter suffers from autism and was very nervous regarding the whole situation. Lois was very calm and caring. Her patience and soothing approach made a world of difference. She kept M relaxed. She explained everything for M to understand and was so friendly. She was so nice to us and to M and we can’t thank her enough for the wonderful person she is. The whole experience went better than we could have ever imagined. Thank you, Lois, for being so kind and friendly, and making our daughter and us feel at ease.
