When I was admitted for suspected food poisoning/intestinal infection, Lois made sure that I was comfortable, despite my intense pain.  She helped me to the bathroom when I needed it, and when I had an accident, she assisted in cleaning me up.  Her cheerful, kind, and understanding personality lightened my situation up, and although it didn’t take away the pain, she made me feel as though I was in great hands.  That is why Lois is a DAISY Nurse.
