Lola is a nurse who is very good at her job. She came in as a nurse whom we have never met, and by the time we were out of the delivery room, it felt like she was a friend. I have always said customer service is equivalent to inviting someone into your house. You should treat a customer with the same respect as a guest in your home. Lola did this, she exceeded our expectations. We want her to know she turned a stressful event into an enjoyable one. She was fun, knowledgeable, and made our stay a lot better. My wife and I love to smile, laugh, and make the best of any situation. Lola understood our personalities and made sure our stay was a good one. She used her knowledge and experience to answer every question that we had. Also, she used her experiences, and put my wife in a few weird positions to help get the process started. Because of Lola, and all of the staff at North Kansas City Hospital, we were able to take our beautiful baby girl home. This was the best Christmas present anyone could ask for, and I just want Lola to know she impacted our lives for the better.
