The Long Term Care surveyors from the Department of Inspection and Appeals have completed their intense 3-day survey and our LTC unit was found to be DEFICIENCY FREE!! This is not an easy accomplishment at any time, but on the heels of a pandemic, it is truly remarkable. The surveyors shared that they received wonderful comments from the residents and their families....."they are happy." What a tribute to Kathy Steele RN and her team who work tirelessly to make MercyOne Centerville Center Long Term Care home to these individuals.
