Loni Lewis, RN

I recently underwent a complete hip replacement. Loni was confident, concerned, and tuned in to my needs and worries. She expertly handled my care and tended to my well-being. Loni was consistent, empathetic, and comforting. Her direct eye contact and careful listening made Loni’s care extra special. Loni demonstrated true compassion, and I made a mental note to memorize her name so I could thank her for all she did for me.
