Lora was my day ER nurse. Lora took exceptional care of me and made my stay as comfortable as possible. She took the extra time to make my stay easier. An extra 5-10 minutes in my room may not seem like a lot but it made the difference to me. After looking at 4 walls for over 50 hours while waiting in a room on the floor, that extra time for some conversation was special to me! Lora explained everything and did everything in her power to make my stay as easy as possible. Lora is a great representative to your unit!
