My mother was in the SICU recovering from abdominal surgery and Lora was such a breath of fresh air. She was patient with my mother, she was encouraging and showered her with positive thoughts and positive words. She was extremely attentive and even when she wasn't assigned to care for my mother, she still came around to check on her and make sure that she was good and continued to give her words of encouragement. She was an amazing nurse and it really shows how much she really cares about her patients.
