The RN was amazing all day with the care she provided to my Mother. She ensured pain meds were given as ordered to keep her comfortable. She went out of her way to give my Mom a bath and lotion her up. She also did her hair and made her feel good. It’s truly little things like hygiene that make patients feel better and make them as comfortable as possible in the hospital setting. Additionally, this RN ensured all of my family was comfortable and provided us with seats, blankets, and beverages as needed. She went out of her way to support me, my family, and my Mother (the patient). She went above and beyond the entire day to provide exceptional care throughout. My Mother, my family, and I are extremely thankful and grateful for her care. Thank you!
