From the moment we walked into the surgery unit Lora stood out to us because of her positive attitude and great enthusiasm. We were there with our one-and-a-half-year-old son and she went above and beyond all expectations of what I would expect a nurse to do. She had a steering wheel to "drive" back to the OR with our son and she was so positive and reassuring the entire visit. She snuggled him and not only continued to reassure us as his parents, but she continued to comfort our son as he was in recovery post-surgery as well.
