My special needs son Gib and I were staying with my mother-in-law during a particularly stressful situation at Memorial. Although we had never met Lora, she saw us in the cafeteria and without our knowledge paid for our lunch with a cheery “Merry Christmas” afterwards. How wonderful to have a positive event during this time!
