Lorraine is the most amazing, sweet, caring, kind, and hard-working nurses I've ever met. The way she cares about her patients, as I experienced with my own eyes, is incredible. She treats them as her own family members. She checks medications and explains every little detail about drugs including side effects. She checks on patients every time she passes by rooms, quickly to make sure they are doing okay and see if they need anything. She tries to talk with every patient, even if they don't understand her language. She is incredible. I felt so comfortable and in peace of heart to leave my grandmother at night in Loraine's hands. God bless her amazing, caring, and loving heart.
