My brother recently had hip surgery and was experiencing a substantial amount of discomfort. Lorelie came in as his nurse to ensure that he was comfortable and progressing. Lorelie introduced herself to me to let me know that she would be his caregiver. She not only showed compassion to my brother, but she also showed the same empathy and compassion to his family. She was always willing to listen and answer questions. Lorelie was pleasant, caring, and really made me feel confident that my brother would receive quality care.
