Thanks to Lorelie who has contributed to us, especially to me and presently we are learning a lot. She was there to share her knowledge with the EMR system without hesitation at all. She never says, "Oh my gosh, this is easy." Knowing her from transport and registered nurse, she shows the same compassion to patients. She has a personal connection to families and patients. She always offers her time when she sees we are busy by asking, "Can I help?". Whenever she is around, the work gets done. Good character and always with kind words.
