This nurse has two among of the most important qualities that a person can have, PATIENCE AND HUMILITY. When I was going through an autotransplant, at one point the bag with the cells got stuck and it did not go through. At that moment, I got very nervous and said out loud “this is not going to work for me”. Lorena, with great patience, calmed me down in one minute. She made everything keep on going with great calmness and dedication until the transplant finished. At that moment I started crying and thanked her for her positive attitude. My companion and I were very surprised by the way she acted. When I thanked her for what she had done, she only said “it´s my job, you do not have to thank me”. She was very humble. She is a beautiful person and a wonderful professional!
