Lorena Cappello, RN

Lorena was the cardiac nurse who cared for my brother for cardioversion, and a T.E.E. on Saturday. I appreciated that she was very well informed about my brother's past medical history, and even took it upon herself to notify the cardiologist and remind him of possible airway issues from previous surgery. She was also aware that a newer nurse was caring for my brother and she assisted and taught the newer nurse how to set up the bedside procedure. She was amazing!! I felt my brother was so well cared for.
