Loreta was my nurse today. Her cheerful smile, warm disposition, and relaxed nature made me feel like a person and not a number, and this is just the start of the day. I am here for breathing problems with asthma and by myself. I'm feeling alone, scared, and sad. To have her positive energy surround me, helped my attitude lift right away. Later, she took time to make a plan for the day. We discussed my meds and some side effects, which was great but I had questions. She took the time to listen and then answer. She made sure I felt comfortable and had no more questions. She continually was walking by and was popping in to check if I needed anything. She later came to explain she would be involved in some other patients' needs and if I needed anything just press button for a nurse. And when she was done she would come and check in with me, and she did! She has such compassion, experience, knowledge, is so friendly and keeps promises. Thank you Loreta!
