Loretta Banks ? Loretta is wonderful! It was a joy to see Loretta when she came to work. It was obvious that she enjoys her job and is there to meet the patient?s needs. One day when a patient became agitated, she did a great job of calming him down. When I was very nervous about going to the Cath Lab at Kent General, Loretta prayed with me.
