I can't find enough words to express how much I appreciate Loretta. This nomination is long overdue because Loretta is the perfect example of what "care" truly means. She is patient, kind, compassionate, and always puts her patients first. When she talks to me about my procedure, she makes everything clear to ensure I understand every detail. If I have questions, she never hesitates to explain again until I feel completely at ease. I've never met a nurse as dedicated and caring as Loretta. She treats every patient with the same level of kindness and professionalism, making them feel valued and supported. I truly believe she deserves this award - it would be a well-earned recognition for everything she does.
