Loretta went above and beyond trying to keep me comfortable following knee revision. She explained that the medicines that were ordered did not consider that I have chronic leg issues and take oxycodone every day for the pain. Loretta was diligent in sending a message to the doctor to get my pain medications adjusted to fit my scenario. When the responses were not immediate, she returned to my room and informed me where things stood and why. Loretta's compassion and diligence were much appreciated. Anyone who is blessed to get her as their RN is getting the best.
