I have worked with this Loretta for about 3 years and every day I am amazed by her hard work, time, and effort she puts into each and every patient. I have no specific case to speak about but Loretta puts 110% into each patient. Loretta is very extraordinary and deserves recognition for all that she does.

I'm unsure if I can name one specific incident of Loretta's outstanding performance and dedication to her job because I would be filling this out all day. She goes above and beyond for all patients from all walks of life. Loretta remains optimistic and unbiased with all scenarios while keeping patient safety a priority. She stays well beyond her scheduled shift to ensure all of her tasks and patients are taken care of and never complains.

Loretta helped us find transportation home for a patient who had limited family support. She went over and above contacting people to resolve the situation and get the patient home safely after her procedure. This is not the first time that Loretta has helped us out in a situation like this, even though we are not in the ED Department where she is a case manager. Loretta never says "no", she always puts the patients first.
