Lorey is not only a great nurse but he is an outstanding person. He will come to the floor any time of night with a smile on his face to help out or to get an IV access on pediatric patients. He never has anything negative to say even if we have to call him more than once a night. He always has a smile when he arrives. The parents are already scared for their child and he calms their worries and explains any concerns. He is always an ace in the hole and has my back. I don't know what I would do without his help.
