Lori was outstanding in coordinating my care from pre-op preparation to post -op care. She is caring, compassionate, and highly knowledgeable in orthopedic care. Her pre-op class was informative and fun to attend. It was great to see her during my post-op hospital stay. She reviewed discharge instructions with both my family and me, so we were comfortable with post-op care at home. I really appreciate the pre-op and post op phone calls.
