Lori has been an integral part of the ACE Unit's success. When Lori is not reconciling medications, educating patients and families or assisting staff members with their clinical or gerontological questions, she can be found in a patient's room, sitting in a chair engrossed in a conversation. Lori made a connection with a very complex patient and went above and beyond to assure this patient understood the importance of specific nursing care for his complex conditions.
