Lori Bennett, RN

Lori was the first person my wife and I encountered once I was escorted back to the surgery prep area. She was so very friendly and successfully made me feel comfortable in preparation for my spine surgery. She told us about whom we would come in contact with during the day and the timeline of what was to happen. She explained in detail what would happen prior to surgery and the necessary prep steps. She even took time to just sit for a few minutes to talk to us about our lives and even some of her own. She had a very calming effect on both my wife and me prior to surgery. She came into the room several times to ask if we needed anything or needed any more details prior to my surgery.
