A patient came from Royal, Arkansas, in the snow to come to her PAT appointment. She only had a sweatshirt; she had no coat. She takes care of her husband alone, who has dementia. Lori gave her a coat! Lori has a heart of gold. Thank you, love, for being such a compassionate nurse.
