My twins were born at 35 weeks and had to be admitted to the NICU. Lori was our main day nurse. She was incredible. She went above and beyond for them. I felt she was taking care of them like they were her own. Lori made my husband and me feel right at home and kept us well informed. Watching your own babies in the NICU can be very discouraging, but she made sure it never felt that way.
