Lori has been in a leadership role in our subacute unit and continues to lead her department to be nationally ranked in long-term care by US News and World Report. Lori leads by example, and this can be seen in her staff, who are compassionate, competent, and hold a high regard for patient care and safety.

Lori collaborates with multiple departments and providers to arrange skilled care for patients and support for families. Lori is respected by her staff, and this is witnessed by a very low turnover rate and high engagement scores in her department. She does not like to take the spotlight and will make sure her staff are recognized before her.
