When my dad was admitted to the hospital, my mom and I were lost and didn't know what to really do. All we knew was he wasn't coming home with us. When Ms. Lori came on her shift, she introduced herself and said what she would be doing on her shift. She took dad's vitals and went to get the computer to access his records so far. She started explaining what she was witnessing and asking about our wishes.

Ms. Lori asked what our wishes were and immediately put a call to the doctor telling the wishes to carry out. Lori kept him as comfortable as possible to her ability. She not only was extraordinary in caring for my dad with care and compassion but amazingly helpful to my mom and me guiding us, and explaining to us, all the way to his last breath. She helped explain the stages and what to expect. She was caring and compassionate, even with all my questions, about my dad or the changes in my mom. She was kind, caring, compassionate, very patient, and extremely helpful. She was truly an answer to our prayers and an angel here during this difficult time. God bless her for all her compassion, help, and guidance. She was our living angel here during our time of sorrow. Thank you so very much Ms. Lori for everything!
