Gave patient his first shower in two weeks. Made sure he ambulated on the weekend. Helped the new employee learn how to change his dressings and was very patient and considerate, explaining the procedure. Offered to drive to Loup City to get him a wheelchair. She comes with a lot of empathy and knowledge. She made our visit very memorable and less stressful. She has high standards that other facilities could learn from and follow.
