Kindness: Lori was kind during my entire visit. Her manner of speaking and dealing was always pleasant and went a long way in helping me remain calm throughout. I was in pain and dealing with uncertainty, and Lori's kindness took my mind off of this, having a calming effect that I appreciated.
Informative: Lori kept me informed as to what was going on. Who, What, When, Where, and How continually. This was very much appreciated and again went a long way in helping me on a tough day.
Attentive: Detail was not a struggle for Lori. Her assessment and care impressed upon me that I was in the best of care.
Respect: Always respectful in every way. I sensed Lori enjoyed what she did, and truly cared for those in her charge. Lori Golden may think she does what is expected of her. To me, her care was the epitome of what nursing is.
