Lori has to be the most patient person I have ever met. When I came to the floor I was frustrated, and she has a way of keeping me calm and optimistic in my situation. One of the things that I love about Lori is that she shared instances where she has gone through things as I have with my health problems. I have anemia and she gave me more information about my illness and how to alleviate my symptoms than any other healthcare worker I have come in contact with. This is just one of my stories. She is extremely professional, kind, and funny. She always made sure I had everything I needed. She went out of her way to find me a bible. Sweet with a good heart and words of encouragement. These things go a long way when you are in the hospital. Thank you, Lori.
