Lori was caring and sweet but also professional. She recognized my conditions and changed my diet. She went out of her way to bring me broth and Gatorade, knowing that helps my BP and heart rate stay at normal levels. Her consideration and willingness to go above and beyond made me physically feel better. Lori's caring manner made me feel cared for in a stressful situation. My cousin was dying at another hospital during this time, so I was sad and nervous to be in the hospital. Thank you for always having such professional, caring workers in this hospital.
