Lori was working as charge nurse in Outpatient Surgery. She realized a patient had left their walker behind after they went home post-op. Lori called the patient, got the information needed, and drove to the patient's home to deliver the walker on her way home from work that day. Lori went above and beyond to help this patient, we appreciate her dedication to patients.
