It has been five months since my delivery, but I wanted to thank you for all that you did for us during my stay. The care that I received while I was in post partum was exceptional. Lori Lencheck, you went above and beyond your duties and it showed. I continually think back to my stay at the hospital and I am grateful for all that you did. Instead of making me come back to my room periodically to evaluate how I was doing, you went out of your way by coming to the NICU so I could spend more time with my twins. I was also impressed that you had asked to visit the twins in the NICU after I had been discharged. You also spent several hours educating us as new parents. Not once did I feel rushed, even though I know you had several other patients to take care of. I am certain that your knowledge and compassion not only made my stay enjoyable, but helped me heal faster. Thank you for all that you do.
