Lori M Courtney, RN

All the staff here are good or great, but Lori is exceptional. I have observed at least twice when Lori has single-handedly diffused a volatile situation or person. She pours her whole self into her job and will engage with the patients so much that she will, at times, have to stay later to finish her charting. In particular, Lori helped me directly deal with and find solutions for a medical problem that was a driver for my suicide attempt, by sharing something from her own experience. She always has time for you, and I will never forget her.
