I have been a patient in the Express Unit for 5 weeks twice a day, so we have spent many hours together. Lori is always pleasant, and concerned with how I am feeling. Unfortunately, I took a fall at home while getting ready to go to the hospital, and was taken to the ER. My husband called to say we were not going to make our time, and before we knew it, Lori was in the ER room with us. Showing her concern and wondering what or how she could help us. In our eyes, she is an angel.
