Lori Triffet, LPN

I have had the pleasure of speaking with Lori Triffet several times regarding my EGD/Colonoscopy scheduled for tomorrow. Lori has been helpful, cheerful, and an excellent communicator. I was going to send a note that on a scale of 1-10, I would give Lori eleven! Lori answered all my questions and gave an additional phone call today because she was working with another patient and saw that I had called. I didn't even leave a message; Lori took it upon herself to follow up with me. Lori is an excellent, comprehensive nurse. Truly, she is an asset to the GI clinic and the Saint Luke's Health Care System!
