One night, Lori was heading home for the evening when I abruptly stopped her to see if she could help with a person in distress in front of the 425 building on Grand Ave. She did not hesitate to offer her help, even though she was off the clock. Lori went above and beyond to make sure this person was taken care of. She stayed with the person and gave medical aid until paramedics arrived. Since the person was off campus and not a rapid call but a squad call she knew the person needed help. Lori is a true example of improving the quality of life for people within our community.
