Lori was very welcoming the moment we "worried first time parents" walked into the room with our 7 week old son. She was very comforting and answered all of our hundreds of questions. After our son's surgery she was there and sat and visited with us and once again answered all of our questions. We could feel the love of her job. She could tell we as parents needed a break from the hospital. She told us "go ahead, I'll take good care of him, you two go and spend time together and take all the time you need." We truly felt relaxed and knew our son was is good caring hands.
